Driver Profile Download Instructions

This should help you to download and send back the Driver Profile Form if you are having trouble or are unfamiliar with the process.

Over to the left where it says "Driver Profile Forms" on this page, below the navigation buttons, you can left click your mouse on the link to the format that will work for you. you can choose microsoft word if you have microsoft office on your computer or you can choose microsoft woks if you have the works word processor program. So just left click your mouse where it says microsoft word or microsoft works. It will then open a little box or window on your screen. You should see buttons or options that will let you open, save or cancel. You want to click "save". That will let you download the form to your computer. When you click save you should be asked where on your computer you want to save the file. Some browsers may work different but the process is the same as you would normally download anything on your computer. You want to be sure you know where on your computer you are saving the form so you can find it. The easiest thing to do is save it to your desktop if you are given that option.

Once you have the file downloaded onto your computer and know where it is, you can open it. The file should open when you double click on it. The file is just a word document so it is nothing fancy or very complicated. It should open with microsoft office word or microsoft works word processor. if you have a different program than those, You should still be able to download the word file and then right click on it. When you right click, it should give you some options including "open with". If you click on "open with" you should be able to choose from a list of programs on your computer. You should just be able to select the program you use for word processing and choose to open the file with that. I am not sure how it will work on a mac as i have not tried it on one.

Open the file and read the instructions. They are pretty simple. Just type your info in the space provided. Please don't change or reformat the form as it is set up to transfer directly to the web page. You can paste a picture right on the form right below the text. Please size your picture close to the size it asks for on the form and paste it on the form. It sure makes it easier to download and keep track of everyone's forms and pictures when they are on one form!

After you are done completing the form, just close it. You should be asked if you want to save the changes. You want to click yes.

You can then open up your email program and send the form to buzzrightrear@yahoo.com and put "Driver Form" or something to that effect as the subject. Be sure to remember to attach the file when you send the email! If you just can't get it to work, email the address above and explain you are having problems with the driver form and we will try to help you, or figure another way to get the info. The driver profile pages are there for you drivers out there to let people know more about you and your team. Since this site gives you a free space for that info, it is worth it to supply the info. Especially if you don't have a driver or team website.
