Pete Murphy to run Ocean Sprint Series

Our friend Gary Costa has reported that Clovis, CA driver Pete Murphy will be making the trip from the Central California Valley this year to participate in the Ocean Sprints presented by Taco Bravo Series.

So far the information received says that Pete will be running a Maxim car owned by Buster & Ziggy Enterprises, carrying the number 11 in tribute to Pete’s friend Steve Kinser. Sponsorship is listed as including, Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, Kiwi Transport, Tom Ingram Motorsports and Pro Signs.

Pete plans on competing in the 2010 series opening event at Ocean Speedway on April 2 and hopes to participate in all the Ocean Sprints presented by Taco Bravo races that don’t conflict with his other racing commitments. At this time there seems to be minimal conflicting events so we should be able to see plenty of Pete Murphy!
